Comfortable rooms, ample amenities

This hotel is absolutely luxurious, with exclusive amenities that cater to all of your needs. the Spa & wellness centre is outstanding, offering a variety of treatments including massages, facial and body wraps, sauna, Turkish bath, and a steam room. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden area that creates a peaceful and relaxing environment. the restaurant serves gourmet cuisine with special diet menus, offering a perfect in-room breakfast service. the bar and lounge area is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.

That being said, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the many positive aspects that this hotel offers.

Convenient Location & Great Amenities

Spent a great weekend in a new hotel near the convention center. The location was perfect for our needs and offered easy access to local attractions. The modern and stylish rooms were impressive and the amenities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the fitness center and the rooftop pool. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

While the hotel had plenty of positives, there were a few drawbacks. The food options were limited and we had to venture out to find more options. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal was also weak and didn't work well in certain areas of the hotel. we had a good experience, but there is still room for improvement.

In-room breakfast was another highlight, with a varied and tasty selection. the private facilities added to the sense of exclusivity and luxury.

The only minor issue during my stay was the elevator malfunctioning at times, which was a bit inconvenient considering this is a luxury venue. However, the attentive and courteous staff more than made up for it.

I was amazed by the spacious lobby at the Gran Bourbon in Asuncion. The water fountains and soft piano music created a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The buffet at the restaurant was excellent and the staff was attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offered a complimentary New Year's Eve dinner and champagne toast which was a great way to start the night. The location was also key, as it was walking distance to the main plaza and several restaurants and bars. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow throughout our stay, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, there were some issues with the hot water in our room, which made for uncomfortable showers.
